Greetings! First of all, I am Chris Hall and I approve this message.
That being said, let me get this out of the way real quick- I write this this thing for fun and information more than anything, but I need to give a quick sales pitch (at least I'm honest about it!).
Many of you locals out there ask if we're going to have any end of the season deals, so here's you're heads up.
Right now we have select Sage rods, Ross reels, Simms waders and boots, Smith sunglasses, clothing, accessories, demo gear, and more marked at 35-50% off!!!

Although few and far between, there are occasionally days when I have too much time on my hands in the shop. The above is a manifestation of such a day.
Thingamabobbers are the latest sensation that are sweeping the nation, and chances are if you've spent any amount of time on the water over the last year or two you've seen them bobbing all over the place.
The beauty of this device is that it floats all day with absolutely zero maintenance. To me it only seemed natural to incorporate such technology into a fly.
This summer I designed the ThingamaHopper- the world's first completely unsinkable hi-vis dry fly. There will be a few more tweaks for 2009 to clean it up a bit, but here's the preview. The ThingamaHopper is available at Cutthroat Anglers or if you're a dealer, from Jim Black's Dreamcast. It will also be available in orange for the 2009 Salmonfly hatch!

After catching and releasing 3252 trout, 657 whitefish, 96 unidentified endangered other fish, and 5 suckers each this summer, Clint, Matt, and Reed decided to delve into attempting to harvest some large, double stomached, spilt-hoofed beasts.
They harvested two elk, and as a result of humping 675 lbs of raw meat out of the woods, they have all sustained serious injuries and may not be able to row next year.
The least we could do is show a picture of Matt's big bull. Nice work boys.
Sincerely,
Chris Hall
