Guides Rating: Guides Rating of 2 Stars
Streamflow at time of report: 255cfs

Fishing around Parshall has been slow for the most part, especially in the afternoons. Guides are reporting hatches of midges, and Tricos, with dry fly action at times. Nymphing with plenty of split shot is the key between hatches. There have been some flurries of good action here and there, but this area has been less than dependable lately.

It's good to get out here early because water temps are reaching the 70+ degrees in the afternoons. Please carry a thermometer and hang it up at 64 degrees!

Pros' Picks include Tony Danzas, Graphic Caddis, Buckskin Big Bear Baetis, San Juan Worms, Iron Sallys, Barr's Emergers, Randy's Baetis, UV Emergers, Drowned Trico Spinners, Black RS-2's, JuJu Baetis, and JuJu Bees.
