The Blue in town has had an increase in hatch activity with significant midday midge hatches. Make sure to have some tiny dries in your arsenal as fish have been rising occasionally. I haven't heard of a pattern that's any hotter than the others lately. Use the stuff listed below, and throw an oddball in the mix every once and a while for kicks. Perfect drifts and a stealthy approach is key.
North of town, Blue Winged Olives have been hatching in numbers look for plenty of risers on cloudy afternoons.
Also, I am guessing that the Kokanee Salmon are making their way into the river because there are quite a few "sportsmen" at the Green Mountain inlet throwing "snaggin' houks." By the way, WE DO NOT CARRY "SNAGGIN' HOUKS." Kokanee Salmon will, however, readily take flies and can be great fun to catch.
Recommended Flies: In town fish Swamp Donkeys, Randy's or Solitude Mysis, Miracles, JuJuBees, Randy's Baetis, Brook's Sprouts, #24 Adams, Griffith's Gnats, Miracles, UV Emergers. or Black Beautys.
North of town use Sparkle Baetis, Para-Extended Body BWOs, Parachute Baetis, Slate No Hackles, Barr's Emergers, and Randy's Baetis.
