The Blue in town has had an increase flow and in hatch activity with significant midday midge hatches and more anglers than usual are reporting success. Make sure to have some tiny dries in your arsenal as fish have been rising occasionally. I haven't heard of a pattern that's any hotter than the others lately. Use the stuff listed below, and throw an oddball in the mix every once and a while for kicks. Make sure to have Mysis right now with the flows up a bit. Perfect drifts and a stealthy approach is key.
In town has been more productive than North of town for most anglers, but a few guys have come in reporting success. The Kokanees are done for the most part, as the few that are still alive are pretty cheesed out.
Recommended Flies: Sands Epoxy Mysis, Randy's Mysis, Solitude Mysis, Miracles, JuJuBees, WD-40's, Johnny Flashes, RS-2's, Randy's Baetis, Brook's Sprouts, Dandelion Midges, #24 Adams, Griffith's Gnats, Miracles, UV Emergers, or Black Beautys.
