The Colorado at THE Pumphouse is clear! The big water this season has left the river in great shape...Float fishing is unreal!

The river is about to explode with insect life! Look for pale morning dunns/yellow sallies in the afternoon and caddis in the evening. We are also starting to take fish on hoppers along the edges on sunny/windy days. Look for this to improve in the upcoming weeks.

Recommended nymphs: Rubberlegs (black and brown), Tungsten flashback pheasant tails, prince nymphs, black PTs, PMDs in all flavors, tungsten micro stones, tungsten yellow sallies, Barr's Graphic Caddis, JuJu Baetis

Recommended dries: parachute hoppers, fuzzy wuzzy, orange and yellow stimis, elk hair caddis, PMDs in all flavors, adams, yellow sallies
