Fishing has been consistently good in the Parshall area right now. The action heats up at about 10:00 am with hatches of size 18-20 midges, Followed by afternoon Blue Winged Olives. There is always a chance of good dry fly fishing in the afternoons with cloudy conditions being most productive.
Try nymphing #20 Black WD-40's, UV Emergers, Zebra Midges, and BWO Emergers in the morning. Keep your eyes peeled for risers in the afternoon. Try a Matthew's Sparkle Baetis, Snowshoe Dun, or Lawson's Slate No Hackle in sizes 20-22 for rising fish.
