Colorado at Pumphouse - 04/03/07

Guides Rating: Guides Rating of 2 Stars
Streamflow at time of report: 864cfs

Well, the water's pretty dirty down at Pumphouse but to our surprise people are catching a few fish. If nothing else, it's a beautiful boat ride. If you decide to venture down between Pumphouse and Dotsero, try large attractor nymphs such as Barr's Tung Teaser or Golden Stone in a size 12 or 14. Follow this with a dark colored Midge Pattern such as a Tungsten Zebra Midge or Poison Tung. Streamers are also taking a few fish tight to the banks.
