John Gloudemans

John is the authority on nymphing. No fish is safe when John ties on a nymph and dredges the depths. He also comes from a long, distinguished breed of mountain goats. John can traverse a rocky river bank faster than Carl Lewis could run a 100 yard dash. His speed is legendary among the guide staff.

He once was a fixture on the South Platte but now his attention focuses on the lower Colorado River. A big fish fanatic, John has every river bend and run memorized in these trophy trout hangouts. Stack mends and long dead drifts keep him awake at night.

John is also the fly fishing consultant for the popular fly fishing simulation game, FlySim. The FlySim computer game is the most realistic fly fishing game available. Thanks to John’s ingenious input, anglers are now able to test their virtual fly fishing skills on feisty, digital trout.

John recently purchased a hot tub company. We are fairly confident the fumes are getting to him because now he only works part time for Cutthroat Anglers. The Hot Tub Company has quickly grown to the most reputable tub service in the county. We are also proud to report he will nymph out any rogue trout found swimming in your hot tub. We hope to be able to combine hot tub treatments and casting clinics in the near future.
