This magnificent private ranch is over 10,000 acres of lush ranchland located in what many consider the heart of Colorado fly fishing.
The Reeder Creek Ranch features over two miles of private access on the Colorado River between Parshall and Kremmling. Anglers will find challenging pools, riffles, and runs. The river meanders through verdant hay fields and whispering aspen groves. This is a riparian paradise for anglers and trout alike. This stretch of river has exceptional dry fly fishing throughout the summer with epic BWO, PMD, and Trico hatches.
The river is full of wary and aggressive wild Brown trout that in many cases exceed 22-inches in length. The river also holds giant Rainbows and Cutthroats. The Colorado Grand Slam (four species landed in one day) is a very real possibility on this stretch of the Colorado.
For a change of pace, the ranch also boast a trophy lake with large trout willing to sip dry flies near the banks. This is an excellent opportunity to cast to cruising fish. Whether you are in search of monster trout in the river or lake, you will find a trout oasis nestled in this picturesque mountain valley.
